Returns
Our goal at A&M Film and Photo is to provide you with the best information to ensure we get your order right the first time. We strive to make every return as quickly and simple as possible for you.
All returns must meet the following criteria:
1) The item being returned must be in the original packaging with all materials. If the package was opened, the item must be in the condition in which it was received.
2) The customer must contact A&M Film and Photo within 30 days of receiving an order. Our Returns Department will provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions via email. Return requests received after 30 days are not accommodated. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Returns received after 30 days from the RMA issue date, or received without an RMA, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3) Returns are for merchandise only, excluding shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item was damaged upon receipt. If the item was damaged, please contact andrew@gimmelgroup.com.
4) To ensure items are received, we encourage shipping the item with a delivery confirmation or tracking number. All shipping costs must be prepaid. Please email your return tracking information to andrew@gimmelgroup.com to ensure a fast refund.
